Pastor Draper is a native of Virginia where he resides with his wife, Towanda (His High School Sweet Heart) for over 46 years. God has blessed Pastor Draper and Towanda with three children, two daughters, a son, a son-in-law, a granddaughter and a grandson.
Pastor Draper received Jesus 36 years ago by hearing the Word of God taught  by Pastor Steve Parson at the Richmond Christian Center. Shortly after that, Pastor Draper had hands laid on him and received the Baptism with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues.

After recieving Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, Pastor Draper got busy in working in the ministry at Richmond Christian Center.

Pastor Draper worked in the Sound Ministry as well as other helps ministries. As he continued to grow spiritually as he attended ministry classes and was appointed as a teacher. Pastor Draper was later ordained as an Elder, Associate Pastor, an Assistant Pastor, and is now a licensed and fully ordained Pastor of the Spirit of Life Christian Center in Ruther Glen, Virginia.

Pastor Draper’s heart is to see the lost saved, the sick healed, the poor fed (both naturally and spiritually), and to witness the change in people’s lives as they walk in the fullness of Jesus Christ through faith.

Pastor Draper has been used by God to lay hands on the sick and see the sick healed.
One special testimony was to witness a man on his death bed and through the ministry of laying on of hands, the man came out of a coma and was back working in just a few weeks.
